After a Google search saying La Casa del Caffe (Morris Park) has the best espresso in Bronx, I just visited. Located at 1036 Morris Park Ave; it is real deal! I was so impressed with their delicious full bodied espresso with the tasty crème! There are also many “packaged to go” desserts including many authentic Italian pastries and cookies from Italy! I met and chatted with owner Anna who has been pulling authentic espresso shots for 28 years! Anna it’s so down to earth and clearly proud of her little Cafe. La Casa Del Caffè has such a cozy vibe with creative handmade tables each with a different table top showing small towns in Salerno, Italy close to the town that Ana is from. There is a small table in three chairs for outside dining plus about 6 indoor tables for indoor dining For all of you espresso lovers, this is “a must visit!” They also have gelato available! FYI cash only A* 5/5 stars Thank you Anna and La Casa Del Caffè! As a full-time musician now playing series of Friday performances at Bronx Botanical gardens, I’ll be a a regular for the summer!

I always drive by this Coffee Shop, and finally decided to stop in while my daughter was in dance class. It was the absolute best decision I made for my morning routine. I got a cappuccino with cinnamon and it was BOMB DOT COM. I highly recommend this Italian coffee shop if you are in the area. The owner was very pleasant and understanding of the way I like my coffee. I’m actually so happy I found this place.

I went on a sweet little coffee date with my sister and my partner to this special little remnant of old New York. Anna was sweet, attentive, and just such a hoot. The espresso was perfect, gelato was perfect, and she sent us home with a full set of glasses to boot! Do yourself a favor and make this your sweet treat for the day, you won’t regret it!

Good espresso and latte. Geared towards specific crowd. Yes, you could also get a glass of wine 🍷 Very much like an Italian cafe in the middle of the Bronx. Owner could be little more pleasant if you get talking politely.

I was excited to try this coffee shop, but my experience was disappointing from the moment I entered. An older lady, whom I believe is Italian, bombarded me with five questions before I could even tell her what kind of coffee I wanted. She then told me I couldn't sit down and asked how long I planned to stay. It was 4 PM, and there were no other customers seated. I politely questioned why it mattered how long I stayed if I was a paying customer, but her demeanor remained unwelcoming. It was clear to me that her behavior was rooted in racial prejudice. No Black person or anyone should have to endure such treatment. This establishment's conduct is unacceptable and discriminatory. And she want cash, im Not sure if they paying taxes
